Manage Thousands of Links Without the Headache
When you have a handful of links, managing them is easy. But what about when you have hundreds — or thousands? Marketing campaigns, product launches, event tracking, affiliate programs — the links add up fast. Clypt gives you the tools to stay organized at any scale.
Bulk creation
Need to create 50 links for a campaign launch? Don't do it one by one. Clypt's bulk uploader lets you paste a list of URLs (or upload a CSV) and create them all at once. Each link can have its own custom slug, tags, folder, and UTM parameters — or inherit defaults you set at the batch level.
The API also supports bulk creation (up to 100 links per request) for programmatic workflows.
Folders for structure
Organize links into folders that mirror how you think about your content. Create top-level folders for each project or client, with subfolders for campaigns, quarters, or content types. Move links between folders anytime. Delete a folder and its links automatically move to the parent — nothing gets lost.
Tags for flexibility
While folders give you hierarchy, tags give you cross-cutting organization. Tag links with the campaign name, content type, team owner, or anything else. A single link can have multiple tags. Filter your dashboard by tag to see everything related to a specific initiative, regardless of which folder it lives in.
Search that actually works
Clypt's search finds links by URL, title, short code, tag, or folder. Start typing and results filter in real-time. When you have 2,000 links, this is the difference between finding what you need in 2 seconds vs. scrolling for 10 minutes.
Bulk actions
Select multiple links and apply actions in bulk: move to a folder, add/remove tags, activate/deactivate, or delete. Perfect for end-of-campaign cleanup or reorganizing after a team restructure.
Getting started
Folders and tags are available on all plans. Bulk creation is available on Pro and above (up to 500 links/batch). Navigate to Dashboard → Bulk to upload your first batch, or start organizing with folders and tags from the main Links view.
