You agree not to use Clypt for any unlawful purpose or to distribute malware, phishing links, spam, or any content that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to disable any link that violates these terms without notice. You are responsible for all content you link to through our service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Links created without an account ("anonymous links") are not guaranteed to persist and cannot be managed or edited. We recommend creating an account for full access to analytics and link management features.
Clypt and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Bonsai Tech LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you link to through our service.
Clypt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to broken links, data loss, or service interruptions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of Clypt after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
